We have a confession, and it’s best that we get it off our chests now.

We’re guys. All of us.

We’re a bunch of guys, and yes – we run a company which makes (fantastic) lipbalms. But that’s not because we have a secret fetish for lipbalms and this is convenient excuse to keep our pockets full…at least, that’s not the only reason.

You see, we’re not so far out of high school that we’ve forgotten what it’s like to try and raise money so you can attend a distant sports carnival, or have the funds to hold your formal.

And we’re not so far out of high school that we’ve forgotten what it’s like to wallow in box after box of chocolate fundraisers, either wondering how many more of them you have to sell, or letting your family scoff the lot and wondering if it wouldn’t have been easier just to ask them for the money directly. Not to mention wondering about what an oversupply of chocolates is doing to everyone’s health, especially with childhood obesity the way it is…

So all we’re trying to do is make it a little easier to go on that end-of-year music trip, or to buy equipment for your sports team, or to send that much more to your charitable cause. Whether you’re in primary school or high school or a sports team or supporting a charity – we aim to make your life easier.

And that’s not to be humble about it, either – all this company does is fundraising. So making the process as easy as possible is our sole focus.

That, and hiding our love for lipbalms from our mates.

Payment Policy

Orders must be paid upfront in Australian Dollars (AUD).‎

In rare circumstances, we may grant extended payment terms to you. In these ‎instances, you agree to pay by the date indicated on your invoice. You agree ‎that if you don’t pay by the agreed date, we have the right to charge interest ‎on your overdue amount, at a rate of 10% per annum. This will be accrued daily, ‎and is compounding – that is, interest will be charged on the amount overdue, ‎plus all prior interest charged.‎

Delivery Policy

We commit to delivering all orders within two weeks. If, for any reason, the order is not delivered within two weeks, we will refund the costs of delivery to you.

Product Returns

If you are unable to sell a box of lipbalms you have ordered from us, that would ‎be unusual. The good news is that you are able to return it to us for a full ‎refund of the purchase price – that is, we will refund the cost of the product ‎box, excluding the delivery costs. The boxes you return must be whole and ‎unopened – this condition is attached for health reasons.‎

To return a box, please send us an email using the contact form on the Contact ‎Us page, and we will let you know where to send the box.‎

Please don’t send boxes without notifying us – we may refuse to refund in this ‎instance.‎

Privacy Policy

We collect some information from you in order to provide products and services ‎to you. With your permission, we may also use these details to deliver ‎information about our products and services to you. If you decline to receive ‎this information from us, we will remove you from our distribution list.‎

We will not supply, forward, or sell your details to any third party.‎ We do, however, use a third party email marketing system in order to manage our communications with customers. This process will require us to upload email addresses to this vendor, but only and solely for our purposes and the purposes of our communications.
