There are many things which perplex us here at SmudgeBalm, such as whether milk comes out of a cow’s nose when they laugh.
And here are some of the things which you had questions about recently - if you don’t find your questions here, please contact us.
How does it work?
We sell lipbalms in boxes of 50 balms, for $100 a box (this works out to $2 per balm).
You can then sell these for $4 to fundraise, which means that each box you sell will raise $100 for your cause.
Where are your products made?
Our made products are made by one of Australia’s most excellent cosmetic manufacturers in Melbourne, Victoria. Additionally, SmudgeBalm Fundraising is proudly 100% Australia owned.
Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely not.
Where do you ship to?
We will ship anywhere at all in Australia.
When do we pay?
We accept credit cards, cheques, and bank transfers, and we need to receive payment before we can ship your order.
How long will my order take to be delivered?
As soon as we receive payment, we get to work on shipping your order, and this generally takes less than a week - however, depending on your location and the timing of when we receive payment, it can occasionally take up to two weeks. If you need your order urgently, please let us know through the contact form.
Can we pay by a method other than credit card?
Yes - we accept cheques and bank transfers. To pay this way, please submit an order through the contact form.
Please note, your order will not be processed until we receive payment, so please factor this in if paying by cheque.
Do you offer refunds for unsold product?
If your fundraising hasn’t gone as expected, you are welcome to return whole, unopened boxes to us. We are able to offer a refund of the purchase price of the box.
Can only schools fundraise with SmudgeBalm?
EVERYONE can use SmudgeBalm to fundraise - we have helped rowers, netballers, hikers, trekkers, schools with formals, schools with sports carnivals, soccer players, rugby players, dancers, school exchanges, charities, musicians, and so many more.
